MGM Television Hires Lindsay Sloane As EVP Production & Development

As MGM Television has brought in TriStar Prods.’ Lindsay Sloane as EVP, Television Production & Development. Additionally, the company has promoted Max Kisbye to SVP, Television Production & Development. They report to Steve Stark, MGM’s President, Production & Development.

the television team. She comes from TriStar Productions, where she held the position of SVP, Head of Television, reporting to Tom Rothman. The TV operation of the resurrected Sony banner took a new direction following Rothman’s appointment as Chairman of Sony Picture Entertainment’s Motion Picture Group. TriStar Television became an unit within Sony Pictures TV run by Suzanne Patmore-Gibbs. Prior to TriStar, Sloane worked at Hypnotic where she served as co-executive producer on USA’s Covert Affairs . Before that, she was co-head of development, Drama, for Fox.

Kisbye will continue to oversee the second installment of Fargo on FX, among other projects. Additional promotions within the department include Nathan Taylor, who has been elevated from creative executive to Director of Development, and Rob Hochberg, has been upped from executive assistant to Creative Executive.

MGM Television’s series portfolio includes the Emmy-winning Fargo on FX, Vikings on History and Teen Wolf on MTV.
