In June 2010, Locane-Bovenizer hit Fred and Helene Seeman as they were pulling into their Montgomery, N.J. driveway. Mrs. Seeman was pronounced dead at the scene, while her husband was seriously injured. Officers reported smelling alcohol on Locane-Bovenizer's breath and she was arrested shortly after.
The 40-year-old actress, who was acquitted of aggravated manslaughter, faces up to 10 years in prison in addition to another three to five years for a second count of assault by auto. Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 1. She is currently in jail following the conviction.
