Marcia Gay Harden is back as Agent Lewis on 'Law & Order: SVU' [Exclusive video]

Emmy and Oscar nominee Marcia Gay Harden is back as FBI Agent Dana Lewis for tonight's episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," and she's got her sights set on solving a 25-year-old New York rape-murder case. But it's not just the one incident that she wants to close the book on; that case is connected to four other similar cases across the country. Lewis hopes that joining investigative forces with the SVU team will help her track down and lock up this bad guy for good.

In this exclusive bonus clip, Lewis is sitting down for a drink with Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay), and it's obvious that she is fed up with this horrific series of crimes that have plagued her since 1987. "How did you get called in?" says Benson. "I mean, '87, you were fresh out of Quantico."

"Very," replies Lewis. "And they weren't too keen on women profilers. So I started checking police blotters. Caught the pattern on the first four." When the trail ran cold, she moved on to checking prison records and murderers, but nothing else surfaced. Nonetheless, Lewis is "a dog with a bone," as Benson puts it, and she was never able to let go of this particular case. She's determined to hunt down this evildoer, and she wants him on all five counts.

To find out if Agent Lewis catches this perpetrator, watch "Law & Order: SVU" on Wednesday, 2/13 at 9 PM on NBC.
