Josh Brolin's 2013 didn't get off to a good start. The actor was arrested on New Year's Day for public intoxication and spent the next six hours in a jail cell.
"It was New Year's," Brolin said on Good Morning America. "It was a pretty innocent thing. It was a fun thing. The most awful thing about it is you see this shot of me, they don't show you the other shot when I turn and I have a huge smile on my face."
According to his booking report, Brolin was arrested shortly before midnight on Jan. 1 in Santa Monica and was released at 7:14 a.m. the following morning after posting $250 bail. The actor will not have to go to court since he wasn't given a citation for the arrest. "They were very sweet to me actually," Brolin said of his arresting officers.
