Jon Gosselin Goes From Reality TV Stardom to ‘Do You Want Fries With That?’
Jon Gosselin is no longer taking orders from his ex-wife Kate. He is, however, taking orders from the general public in small-town Pennsylvania.
Gosselin, the former star of reality TLC series “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” is now working as a waiter at the Black Dog Cafe in Pennsylvania., “Entertainment Tonight” reports.
Oh, and he’s living in a small cabin in the woods without TV or internet access.

Though the former reality TV villain and IT worker is living a more humble lifestyle than he did when he was on the small screen and working red carpets, Gosselin insists that he’s not hurting financially, and balks at the suggestion that he’s barely making ends meet.
“I don’t know why people said that,” Gosselin told ET. “They said it was because I was waiting tables, which is really disgusting to think that because you wait tables… that you’re making ends meet.”

(Let’s hope he’s doing OK; he has a lot of little mouths to feed. Which, admittedly, might be a little more convenient if you work in a restaurant.)
Gosselin does, however, admit that it’s been “next to near impossible to find work” lately. As J-Goss points out, though, he’s a survivor.
“I’ve hit rock bottom like twenty times,” Gosselin said.
Is it too much to ask that he stay there at some point?
