Get ready to see a lot more of Trouty Mouth when Glee comes back for Season 4 this fall.

Chord Overstreet, who plays the literally big-mouthed Sam Evans, is in talks to return this season as a series regular, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Glee's Jenna Ushkowitz to chronicle rise to fame in new book

Overstreet, 23, first joined Glee as a recurring guest in Season 2, but left at the end of the season. He returned midway through Season 3 again as a recurring actor, most recently helping his TV girlfriend, Mercedes (Amber Riley) snag a singing gig in Los Angeles following graduation.

Deadline, which first reported Overstreet's possible promotion, also says that all of the show's Season 3 series regulars will be back, including Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch, Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera, Kevin McHale, Darren Criss, Jenna Ushkowitz, Jayma Mays, Dianna Agron, Mark Salling, Harry Shum, Jr., Heather Morris and Riley. However, it is still unknown exactly how many episodes each cast member will appear in, although Michele and Monteith are expected to appear in most of Season 4, according to the site. Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker will also appear this season on Glee in multi-episode arcs.
