Get a sneak peek at who will reign supreme and become the 'Next Iron Chef' [Exclusive video]

Just like that, we're down to three world-class chefs slicing, dicing, sous viding, and butchering their way through the intense challenges of the Food Network's "Next Iron Chef: Redemption" in hopes of earning the illustrious title.

In this exclusive sneak peek at the "Next Iron Chef" Season 5 finale, one thing is clear: Chefs, "Chopped" judges, and all-around Food Network superstars Amanda Freitag and Alex Guarnaschelli will be fighting tooth and nail against each other and against highly acclaimed chef turned Chipotle manager Nate Appleman.

All three will battle it out in an elimination challenge before the final face-off goes down for the two remaining chefs. Where will the last feud take place? Kitchen Stadium, of course. After all, it's the soon-to-be stomping ground for one of these kitchen masters.

From the looks of things, this competition will be hard-fought in Las Vegas. According to one of the finale judges, Iron Chef Michael Symon, "They both made delicious food. One was a little bit more risky, but one didn't miss on some of the basics like seasonings and things of that nature."

Joining Symon on the judging panel is the ultimate cast of culinary heavyweights: Iron Chef Bobby Flay; Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto; food and travel writer Simon Majumdar; restaurateur Donatella Arpaia; and last season's "Next Iron Chef" winner, Geoffrey Zakarian. Let's also not forget about host Alton Brown and chairman Marc Dacascos, who are always close by.

Arpaia admits that it's almost too close to call, and she doesn't know who she'll pick. Bobby Flay, though, is ready to crown a winner: "May the best dish and the best chef be the next Iron Chef."

Who will reign supreme and join the world's most exclusive culinary club? Watch the season finale on Sunday, 12/23 at 9 PM on Food Network.
