Tanned, juiced-up guidos vs. killer sharks...is it wrong that we're rooting for the sharks?

Syfy, home to such cinematic masterpieces as "Sharktopus" and "Dinocroc vs. Supergator," continues their tradition of gloriously cheesy horror flicks this weekend with "Jersey Shore Shark Attack." As guidos and guidettes (including "Nooki" and "The Complication") converge on the Jersey Shore beaches for the July 4th weekend, a swarm of bloodthirsty sharks arrives, looking to feast on some very tan body parts.

The cast of shark bait includes Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts from "The Sopranos"), Paul Sorvino ("Goodfellas"), and N Sync's Joey Fatone playing himself -- and meeting a very unfortunate end during a beachside concert. As "Jersey Shore's" own Vinny Guadagnino (playing a TV reporter) says: "Stay away from the water, bro!"

"Jersey Shore Shark Attack" airs Saturday, 6/9 at 9 PM on Syfy.
