Exclusive Suburgatory Video: Tessa and Ryan — 'Total Opposites,' or Meant to Be?
On tonight’s Suburgatory (ABC, 9:30/8:30c), Tessa will once again find herself surprised by the adorably dim-witted Ryan when he brings her comfort as she recuperates from getting her wisdom teeth out. But the gesture is not without some strings.
As you can see in this exclusive video, he wants to give their would-be romance a shot.
“Ever since you slammed your tongue into mine, I’ve been thinking about what it meant to you — if anything,” he says.
“We’re total opposites,” Tessa counters. But Ryan only sees that as a positive “because opposites don’t push each other apart. They… they… do the other thing.”
