They say laughter is the best medicine, so it makes sense that this week's star-studded "Stand Up 2 Cancer" benefit is calling on some very funny men to help get the word out. Steve Carell (much missed as bumbling boss Michael Scott on NBC's "The Office"), Ken Jeong ("The Hangover," "Community"), and Colin Hanks (last seen in a great guest turn on ABC's "Happy Endings") team up for this hilarious montage of classic baseball moments, which we're giving you an exclusive sneak peek at before it debuts in baseball stadiums across the country Wednesday night.

In the clip, Carell, Jeong, and Hanks breathlessly recap some of the most iconic moments in baseball history, like Kirk Gibson's heroic World Series home run and Willie Mays' miraculous over-the-shoulder catch. ("Was it an optical illusion? Yes!" Carell cries out in disbelief.) They even act the plays out on the baseball diamond, leading to Carell and Jeong exhibiting some serious man-love during a post-game celebration.

But the guys have a message, too, telling the camera, "You gotta believe... and baseball believes we can end cancer forever." They invite viewers to join the fight against cancer and donate -- which you can do on Stand Up 2 Cancer's official site. And while you're at it, join us here on Yahoo! TV Friday night at 8 PM ET as we live-stream the Stand Up 2 Cancer benefit, featuring stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Matt Damon, Julia Roberts, and Michael Douglas, and musical performances by Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, and Tim McGraw.
