A&E Serves Up More ‘Wahlburgers’

Well done, ”Wahlburgers.”

The reality show about siblings Paul, Donnie and Mark Wahlberg and their family-run burger joint received an additional 18-episode order from A&E, the cabler announced today. The docu-series has been a ratings win for the network since it premiered in January, retaining a good percentage of the audience from lead-in “Duck Dynasty.”

“Viewers are responding to the heartwarming dynamics of Boston’s first family as they balance living in the Hollywood spotlight and growing a business,” said David McKillop, gm and EVP of A&E. “We look forward to seeing what the Wahlbergs cook up next.”

“Wahlburgers” is produced for A&E Networks by 44 Blue Productions, in association with Closest to the Hole Productions, Leverage Entertainment and Donnie D Productions. Mark Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson and Donnie Wahlberg are Executive Producers. Executive Producer for 44 Blue Productions is Rasha Drachkovitch. Executive Producers for A&E are Lily Neumeyer and Devon Graham.
