‘Doctor Who’s Matt Smith Sends Thank You Message To Crew & Fans: Video
The actor (or actress?) who will play the new Doctor Who will be announced in late summer/early fall, I’m told. In the meantime, the soon-to-be former Time Lord, Matt Smith, has recorded a thank you to his colleagues, and to his fans, who were recently shocked to learn he is leaving the cult BBC series. Smith, who will appear in the 50th Anniversary Doctor Who special in November and then regenerate in the Christmas special, took a break from filming Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut How To Catch A Monster in Detroit to make this Love Actually-style message:
