Comcast Announces 3 Promotions, New Hire

Comcast isn’t done rearranging its executive ranks: Two days after appointing Jeff Shell the new head of Universal Studios, the company announced three promotions and a new hire.

Marcien Jenckes has been promoted to executive vice president of consumer services. The new group combines all of Comcast Cable’s consumer business units, including video, internet, phone and home.

Comcast has also appointed Lynn Charytan and Jennifer Khoury as senior vice presidents. Charytan is now senior vice president of legal regulatory affairs and senior deputy counsel, while Khoury is now senior vice president of corporate and digital communications.

Ed Brassel, meanwhile, has joined the company in the new role of senior vice president of business intelligence for Comcast Cable. He is in charge of driving growth by using Comcast’s data assets. He most recently served as senior vice president of marketing and business analytics at DirecTV.
