Is there a Century 21 agent in the house?
Yes, there is -- whether it's at a wedding, on a college campus, or in a mini-mart -- according to the company's just-released 2013 Super Bowl commercial.
The ad, "Wedding," will air in the first break of the Feb. 3 game's third quarter and features a groom nervous about sharing a home with his mother-in-law. Luckily, there's a Century 21 agent a few rows back:
The commercial joins three other pre-game spots, which follow along the same theme: A father drops off his son at college; a wife wins cash in the lottery; and a pregnant woman is about to give birth on the subway. In all scenarios, they need a real estate solution, and an agent is nearby and ready to help:
