After an investigation into the topless photos taken of Kate Middleton while vacationing in the south of France with Prince William last year, two people have been charged, according to the UK's Telegraph.
Ernesto Mauri, the chief executive of the company that owns Closer, which published the photos, and photographer Valerie Suau have been charged with invasion of privacy. Suau reportedly denies taking photos of the Duchess topless, but did take photos of her in a swimsuit.
St. James's Palace ordered the investigation, which is ongoing, after the photos were published last September.
