Celebrities Tweet Congratulations to Jimmy Fallon
Everyone’s talking about Jimmy Fallon.
When NBC officially confirmed yesterday that the host is graduating from “Late Night” to “The Tonight Show” next year, the news dominated the pop cultural conversation. All the late night hosts (including Fallon himself) joked about it in their monologues, and Fallon’s name was trending on Twitter.
Congratulatory tweets from celebrities poured forth:

As for Leno, he received his share of well wishes from celebs and fans. And not only that, his longtime rival David Letterman even devoted his Top 10 last night to him. Some of the items on the list of "Things We’ll Miss About Jay Leno" included:
No. 9: Now I’m the only guy in late-night television who’s not a Jimmy
No. 4: Can’t remember the name of the bit, but it’s the one where Jay is walking
No. 1: Watching him interview big stars who won’t do this show
