Buffy Vet Emma Caulfield Heads to ABC's Once Upon a Time
Emma Caulfield will guest-star in an upcoming episode of ABC's magical drama Once Upon a Time, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Executive-produced by Lost's Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, the upcoming series tells the story of the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) casting a spell upon classic fairy tale characters who live in Storybrooke, Maine, and don't know their own true identities.
Once Upon a Time Scoop: A Deadwood alum is coming to town
Caulfield, who is best known for her role as Anya the ex-vengeance demon in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, will play the Blind Witch from Hansel and Gretel. On Monday, the 38-year-old actress first tweeted about the role, which will mark a reunion with producer Liz Tigelaar, whom she worked with on Life Unexpected, and with Buffy's Jane Espenson.
Once Upon a Time, which also stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White and Jennifer Morrison as her daughter, debuts Sunday, Oct. 23 at 8/7c on ABC.
