Arrow/Flash Spinoff Casts Franz Drameh

Online speculation about Jay’s alter ego has ranged from Static to Black Lightning and Black Vulcan.

Like Drameh’s, Lotz’s role is still TBA as her Arrow character Sara Lance was killed off, with her sister Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) taking over as the Black Canary.
