"I don't want to give away too much ... but let me put it this way: There are a few people on this stage tonight who are a part of [the upcoming season]," Arnett told the pair. "And I think we know who we are."

Richter has previously appeared on "Arrested Development," guest-starring in Season 3 as himself and his four identical siblings, a riff on Richter's former Fox sitcom, "Quintuplets."

The upcoming fourth season of "Arrested Development" -- which was originally slated for 10 episodes but will likely receive more -- has drawn a cavalcade of new and returning guest stars, including Henry Winkler, Liza Minnelli, "Mad Men" star John Slattery and "Three Stooges" actor Chris Diamantopoulos.
