'30 Rock': Watch Kenneth's Message to Himself - Complete With 'Lost' Joke

Thursday's penultimate episode of "30 Rock" found Kenneth Parcell fulfilling his destiny: becoming the new head of NBC.

But like his predecessor, Jack Donaghy, NBC's new president isn't above taking advice from a lowly page -- especially when that page is himself, seven years ago.
