'Survivor: South Pacific' couple engaged
"Survivor: South Pacific" babe Whitney Duncan may have been secretly married during her time on the show, but she's not keeping quiet about her new engagement to fellow cast member Keith Tollefson!
While she was filming "Survivor," the country singer was secretly married to Donny Fallgatter, frontman for the band KingBilly. Even their friends and family didn't know they had wed.
But during her time in the South Pacific, Duncan began to fall for Tollefson. Both members of the Savaii tribe, they quickly paired off. Tollefson was the eighth person voted out, then Duncan followed as the 12th. Just before returning home, Duncan called Fallgatter to ask for a divorce.
After the show, Duncan opened up about the short-lived marriage. "I was in an unhealthy and unhappy relationship, and I never would have thought I would have fallen in love on 'Survivor,'" she said.
On Twitter, she recently noted:
Hey kids, don't ever elope w someone u hardly know. Not a good idea! U might meet your soulmate. & No one ever lets the past be the past.— Whitney Duncan (@whitneyduncan) February 22, 2013
This time around, Duncan's telling the whole world about her engagement.

Tollefson tweeted that he popped the question on Valentine's Day.
Tollefson, an environmental health specialist for the state of Hawaii, revealed on Twitter when he popped the question:
Thanks to everyone for the best wishes on mine and @whitneyduncan 's engagement. I know real original proposing on Valentines day ha.— Keith Tollefson (@KeithTollefson) February 14, 2013
Romance often blooms on "Survivor" -- Duncan and Tollefson join other "Survivor" couples like "Boston" Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich and the recently split Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca.
