Things are heating up in the divorce between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy. Three weeks after the Real Housewives star filed for divorce, TMZ reports that Hoppy has filed his own aggressive papers against Frankel.

Hoppy has requested primary custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Bryn, as well as child support from his estranged spouse, two requests that Frankel also made.
The pharmaceutical executive has also asked Frankel to pay for medical and dental insurance in addition to any related expenses for himself and Bryn. Frankel filed a similar request, asking Hoppy to cover any medical and dental bills for her and Bryn.
Hoppy also wants Frankel to maintain a life insurance policy on herself, adding him and Bryn as beneficiaries, another thing his future ex-wife requested of him.

Following Frankel's suit, Hoppy seeks "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence," a $5 million, four-bedroom apartment in lower Manhattan. To top it all off, Hoppy has requested Frankel pay for his lawyer and accountant.
Thanks to a prenuptial agreement, Frankel's estimated $100 million fortune from her bestselling books, Skinnygirl company and daytime talk show is apparently not at stake in the divorce.
