‘Real Housewives’ Singers Meet Their Match in J.K. Simmons’s ‘Whiplash’ Character
On Thursday’s Watch What Happens Live, we found out what would happen if all of the Real Housewives stars who have attempted music careers ran into the character J.K. Simmons played, and won an Oscar for, in 2014’s Whiplash.
Host Andy Cohen showed a mashup his staff put together using clips from Simmons in Whiplash and scenes of Real Housewives cast members attempting to sing. The result is, of course, hilarious. It’s also a reminder of just how much some of those housewives have struggled behind the microphone over the years.
Simmons probably won’t win any awards for this performance, but he seemed to enjoy watching the mashup almost as much as we did!
