Ratings: Pitch Ticks Up With Finale, Notorious Ends on (Very) Low Note
Fox’s Pitch wrapped its rookie season on Thursday night with 2.9 million total viewers and a 0.8 demo rating (per finals), rising 20 percent and a tenth week-to-week to mark its best numbers since Oct. 27 and Nov. 3, respectively. TVLine readers gave the finale an average grade of “A.”

Opening Fox’s night, Taraji P. Henson’s holiday special did 3.5 mil and a 0.9, down sharply from last year’s inaugural edition yet improving on Rosewood‘s most recent tallies.

THE CW | Legends of Tomorrow (2 mil/0.7) dropped from its crossover numbers yet is up a tick from its last “regular” episode. Supernatural (1.7 mil/0.6) was flat.

CBS | Leading out of a Big Bang rerun (9.7 mil/1.7), The Great Indoors (7.3 mil/1.5) nonetheless rose two tenths, while Mom (7.5 mil/1.4) and Life in Pieces (6.5 mil/1.3) ticked up. Pure Genius (5.6 mil/1.0) rose 17 percent and two tenths.
