NBC’s Million Second Quiz in its second outing drew 5.8 million viewers and a 1.5 rating, down 11 percent and two tenths from its Monday launch.

Then, leading out of President Obama’s address, America’s Got Talent (9.1 mil/2.3) ticked down a tenth in the demo week-to-week yet still easily topped the night in both measures.

Over on Fox, the just-renewed So You Think You Can Dance did 4.3 mil and a 1.4 — on par with last Tuesday but down 8 and 12 percent from its year-ago finale.
