Prince Harry is discussing mental health in the most personal of ways. The British royal said he sought counseling in his late 20s to deal with the death of his mother, Diana, who was killed in a 1997 car crash when Harry was just 12. The 32-year-old told The Telegraph he "shut down all his emotions" for nearly two decades after his mom died. He said he was "very close to a complete breakdown on numerous occasions." His elder brother William convinced Harry to talk to someone about his emotions.
