'Pre-Game of Thrones': Episode 9 Surprise?
How do you top last episode’s White Walker vs. Wildling battle at Hardhome? Well, any veteran Game of Thrones fan knows that Episode 9 of each season has typically been the most shocking and impactful. Episode 9 is now upon us, so Yahoo TV has predictions in this episode of Pre-Game of Thrones.
Jon Snow may have persuaded some of the Wildlings to follow him back to The Wall, but his job is far from over. In the preview, we see Ser Alliser Thorne staring down at them, as if contemplating his final revenge on the new Lord Commander. Will Ser Alliser remain loyal and open the gate, or leave them to fend for themselves?

We’ve been waiting all season to see someone wipe (or flay?) the smirk off Ramsay Bolton’s face. Will Stannis be the one to do it? As his army marches south, Stannis faces his toughest decision yet: Should he give the Red Woman what she wants and spill his own daughter’s blood as a sacrifice to the Lord of Light? We find it hard to believe he will, but hey, this is Episode 9 — anything goes.
Things are also coming to a head in Dorne, where the mission to rescue Myrcella has been a disaster. Now Jaime Lannister is brought to Doran Martell in chains and given an ultimatum: bow down or die.
