Pitbull Puppy Found Nailed to Railroad Track Now Heals Others As Therapy Dog

Inside Edition CBS

It's hard to believe this dog that went through so much pain is now helping others heal. At 3-weeks-old, Hudson and his siblings were found pinned to a railroad track near Albany, New York. The tiny dogs were found by train workers. But one of the pups did not make it. Another lost its toes. Doctors were able to create a plastic prosthetic to spare Hudson's life. Now the gray Pitbull is saving other people's lives across the country as a therapy dog.
