The Miss USA pageant representative from Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin resigned her crown claiming the contest is rigged. Donald Trump, who runs the Miss Universe Organization, called Monnin's claims "totally ridiculous" and plans to sue Monnin for making the "false charge." The drama continues.
