Hey, it's not for everyone. "Dancing With the Stars" is launching its first "All-Stars" season on Monday, Sept. 24, with a roster made up of former champions, like Shawn Johnson and Apolo Ohno, and fan favorites, like Sabrina Bryan, from seasons past. However, not all of the returning stars were the producers' first choices. In fact, quite a few former contestants offered a polite "no" to an all-stars season.
