Pauly D's star has been steadily rising since his 2009 debut on "Jersey Shore," but the deejay/reality star says it's become increasingly more and more difficult to find a date.
"I'm currently single and looking," Pauly, 32, told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Thursday's Access Hollywood Live. "It's harder now to find somebody than ever, believe it or not."
With growing fame, Pauly said it's become harder to ascertain whether women are legitimately interested in him, or simply trying to latch onto his coattails.
"You have to question their motives, like, why are they coming at me now and trying to find [me]?" he explained. "Who's trying to get famous?
"But I am looking," he added. "I have all this great stuff going on, I just don't have that person to share it all with."
Catch Pauly D on "Jersey Shore," Thursdays at 10/9c on MTV.
