‘Nightcap’ Premiere Sneak Peek: Gwyneth Paltrow Needs a ‘Whore’s Bath’
Stars: They’re not just like us.
That’s the down-and-dirty truth as seen on Pop’s new comedy Nightcap, which premieres Nov. 16. The show stars Ali Wentworth as a talent booker on a late-night talk show, which means she has to deal with the wild demands and crazy antics of A-list celebrities — like Gwyneth Paltrow.
In this exclusive sneak peek from the premiere, Paltrow — playing a not-so-flattering version of herself — breezes into her dressing room. “F*** yeah, this is nice!” she exclaims.

Wentworth’s Staci gushes about how glad they are to have her on the show but soon becomes flummoxed when Paltrow (via her assistant) begins helping herself to the greenroom’s pillow and candy dish. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Soon, Paltrow asks for a warm washcloth. Why? Like Staci, we can hardly believe the answer.
Nightcap premieres Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 8 p.m. on Pop.
