The 'Hercules' actor shares a photo from the horrific scene of the accident.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's mother Ata and his cousin, WWE NXT Diva Lina Fanene, were involved in a serious car accident over the weekend.
After his family members were struck by a drunk driver, the 42-year-old Hercules star took to Instagram to post an emotional message and photo.
"My mom & cousin @linafanene were struck head on by a drunk driver this week - they lived," he wrote. "First reaction is to find the person who did this and do unrelenting harm to them. But then you realize the most important thing is my family lived through this and we can hug each other that much tighter these days. Hug your own family tighter today and be grateful you can tell them you love them."
Meanwhile, Johnson's cousin Lina posted a photo from the hospital, writing: "We're just a bunch of goof balls."
Sharing a pic of her in a sling, Lina also Instagrammed: "Still all smiles! Very grateful to be alive and for the love from all of my family and friends! Incredibly blessed!"
Prior to the accident, the WWE Diva snapped a selfie of her and Johnson's mom, writing: "On our way to the USOs Foundation Banquet....but first... Let's take a selfie! 🚙 #PutYourSeatBeltOnAunty #Funny."
Leave your well wishes for The Rock's family in the comments.
