Jake Hoffman Set For Fox’s ‘Two Wrongs’, Steve Zissis In HBO’s ‘Togetherness’

Jake Hoffman (Luck) is set as the male lead opposite Kelli Garner in Two Wrongs, Fox’s comedy pilot from writer Michelle Morgan, Chernin Entertainment and 20th TV. The relationship comedy centers on Zach (Hoffman) and Jenny (Garner), a couple whose friends and family don’t think they are right for each other. Hoffman is with WME and Generate.

Steve Zissis is set as a lead in Togetherness, HBO’s single-camera comedy pilot written, directed and executive produced by brothers Mark and Jay Duplass. It follows two couples living under the same roof who struggle to keep their relationships alive while pursuing their individual dreams. Zissis, who was involved in creation of the show, plays Alex Pappas, a character largely based on him — 30-something actor who has been trying to make it in LA for almost 20 years and he’s just been left homeless with only one friend in the world. I hear he also would serve as a consulting producer. Zissis, repped by Domain and Abrams Entertainment, joins recently cast Melanie Lynskey. He recently worked on Arrested Development.
