"Glee" fans shouldn't worry that one of the show's original cast members is absent from the latest cast shot promoting Season 4.
"Gleeks, please relax. Dianna [Agron] is still on the show. We love her and have great plans for Quinn. #QuinnFabrayLives," showrunner Ryan Murphy Tweeted on Thursday evening.
Ryan's Tweet was in response to "Glee" fans who expressed their fears over the fate of Quinn after he Tweeted out the new cast shot - which doesn't feature the former Cheerio. (Also absent in the photo is Jayma Mays, who plays Emma.)
The cast pic does, however, give fans their first look at several new cast members in costume -- Dean Geyer, who will play Brody Weston - Rachel Berry's new NYADA classmate, and Jacob Artist, who plays Puck's little brother - Jake Puckerman. It also has Becca Tobin as Kitty (the new gal in the Cheerios uniform) and Melissa Benoist, who plays Marley and is at the front of the cast shot.
In related "Glee" news, a new video promo surfaced on Thursday, featuring more of Kate as Rachel's dance teacher, Cassandra July. Click HERE to watch!
Interestingly, Kate can be seen in the clip (and in the photo, released earlier this month) dancing with a hunk who bears a strong resemblance to Casper Smart. And, now in video form, it appears it might be part of a subtle homage to Jennifer Lopez as the song Kate is dancing to is J.Lo's "Dance Again."
"Glee's" Season 4 premieres on Thursday, September 13 at 9 PM on FOX.
