Despite Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson being named "Sexiest Man Alive," it's the ladies who could steal the show in the big-screen version of Baywatch.
"Basically, we're just hanging out on the beach every day," Kelly Rohrbach told ET's Kevin Frazier. "It's like a party every day."
ET caught up with Rohrbach and the rest of the cast during a recent visit to the Baywatch set in Miami.
The upcoming action-comedy follows devoted lifeguard Mitch Buchannon (Johnson) as he butts heads with a brash new recruit (Zac Efron). Together they uncover a local criminal plot that threatens the future of the Bay.
While it's been 15 years since the television series took its final bow, the impact the show made on popular culture still lingers, leaving the current cast with big shoes to fill. Rohrbach plays C.J. Parker, the role Pamela Anderson made famous in the '90s, and she admitted to feeling the pressure.
"A little bit for sure," Rohrbach said. "But Seth [Gordon], our director, and our producers have been so cool in making it their own and our own and letting us bring what we want to it. It's an R-rated comedy, so it's definitely a different feel than the TV show. The TV show was a little bit melodramatic."
While the movie might take on a different tone, it still called for toned bodies. Efron and Johnson both raved about the other's physique in talking to Frazier.
"Let's take a moment to look at the shape that this guy came in," Johnson said, pointing to Efron, who returned the compliment.
"This guy motivates you to work out," Efron said. "I started following him on Instagram. He's an animal!"
Ilfenesh Hadera, who plays Stephanie Holden, was looking forward to possibly getting some motivation in Johnson's gym, which he refers to as the Iron Paradise.
"I'm hoping [Johnson] will invite us to the Iron Paradise at some point, which is his lair where The Rock is built," she said. "Zac has a guy who comes on set sometimes. When Zac is busy, he'll give us a little quick workout and we're just trying to look like Zac, all of us. It's the goal."
If anyone gets invited to Johnson's gym, it would probably be Alexandra Daddario, who plays Quinn. The two go back, as she previously played Johnson's daughter in the 2015 blockbuster, San Andreas, and she told us that they're on a strict first-name basis.
"I just think it would be so weird to be like 'Hey, The Rock!,' or 'Good morning, The Rock,' or 'Hey, Rock!'" she said.
Baywatch, also starring Priyanka Chopra and Hannibal Buress, hits theaters May 19, 2017.
