Congratulations are in order! Carly Steel, who is known for her high-profile celebrity interviews, has been named a correspondent for CBS’ Entertainment Tonight, where she previously served as a special correspondent.
Steel has been a part of the ET family for years, from serving as a special correspondent for ET’s sister show, The Insider, to joining ET as a special correspondent after covering the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.
"I'm so excited to officially join the incredibly talented Entertainment Tonight team," Steel tells Us Weekly exclusively. "The past two years, working as a regular special correspondent at ET, have already been a high-octane whirlwind— from touring Mariah Carey's yacht in Capri to globetrotting on Tom Cruise's jet. I'm already looking forward to the many fun and fabulous adventures we're going to take the viewers on soon— stay tuned!"
Steel joins the top syndicated series, now in its 36th season, following the news that Sharon Hoffman has been named executive producer at Entertainment Tonight and The Insider.
