Lisa Marie Presley Ordered to Pay Ex Michael Lockwood $50K

Lisa Marie Presley and her estranged husband, Michael Lockwood, both showed up in court on Wednesday in Los Angeles, California.

The hearing was over whether Presley -- who was dressed in a loose-fitting black pantsuit and white blouse that she paired with dark lipstick -- should have to pay Lockwood's attorney fees and other costs related to the court case. While the two do have a post-nuptial agreement from 2007, the judge ultimately ruled that Presley pay her ex $50,000 in increments of $10,000 monthly for reasonable fees and court costs, which includes some attorney fees, until a trial date is set in order to determine the validity of the post-nup.

Lockwood -- who showed up to court with bleached blonde hair down to his chin and a gray suit and tie -- sat at the same table with Presley, while his lawyer argued that the 49-year-old singer had declined to acknowledge all of her income. "There is a big pool of assets that have not been discussed. Respondent has no assets and petitioner has hidden assets that has given her this income," Lockwood's lawyer, Jeff Sturman, said.

Sturman further alleged that Presley makes about five and a half million dollars a year, and questioned the amount of debt she was claiming to have.

A few days prior to this court decision, Presley claimed in court papers obtained by ET that the estranged couple's 8-year-old twins, Harper and Finley, were in protective custody after "disturbing" photos of children were allegedly discovered on a computer belonging to Lockwood.

Elvis Presley's only daughter said she was "shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach" upon making the alleged discovery. Presley asked the court to deny Lockwood's request for $40,000 per month in spousal support and $100,000 in attorney fees.

"It is very unfortunate and inappropriate that Ms. Presley chose to file a one-sided, inaccurate version of the facts in the Family Law Court's publicly accessible files," Sturman said in a statement to ET, denying the allegations. "Mr. Lockwood is not going to publicly disclose very negative information about Ms. Presley to retaliate… Therefore, while Mr. Lockwood denies the truth of what Ms. Presley chose to put in the press, he has no further statement at this time."

The next hearing is set for April 10, and if the case goes to trial, that will be scheduled for a time in May or June.
