Kristen Bell Gives a Lesson in How to Avoid Wardrobe Malfunctions
Kristen Bell and her husband, Dax Shepard, visited Ellen on Thursday, and Bell gave a lesson in how to avoid a wardrobe malfunction. The issue came up when host Ellen DeGeneres brought up the revealing yet elegant dress Bell recently wore to the Golden Globes, where she was presenting. DeGeneres just wanted to make sure Bell took the proper precautions before stepping out in the dress — and Bell more than had it covered. She shared her trick for keeping everything in place.
“I used double-stick tape. Then took it a step further and used double, double-stick tape to double-stick the tape. Quatro-stick tape,” Bell said.
Had there been a malfunction, it wouldn’t have been a big deal to Bell.
“They’re just boobs, you know? They’re just boobs,” Bell said. To which Shepard added, “They’re life sources.”
Of course, and unfortunately, if there had been a malfunction, it would have been a big deal to some people. But not to Shepard. In fact, he might not have even noticed. Again, life sources.
“She started breastfeeding our children three and a half years ago in front of, almost exclusively, my dude friends. The baby was always hungry when my guy pals would come over. So you just get over it real quick and it becomes like white noise. They might have been out — I don’t know,” Shepard joked.
