Upcoming motherhood is changing Kim Kardashian in one major way already - she's not craving the spotlight!

Access Hollywood caught up with the reality TV mom-to-be on Wednesday in New York, where she and sister Kourtney Kardashian were promoting their new season of their E! series, "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami," and Kim told Access that she's hoping for privacy in the coming months.

When asked about how she and Duchess Kate are both expecting in the same month (July) Kim told Access, "I just hope both of us have healthy babies and that's all you can really focus on."

In fact, when it comes to the pregnancy spotlight, Kim does not want it shined on her.

"I'd rather have the privacy, [Kate] can have all the attention," Kim continued.

So will the reality star and boyfriend Kanye West pose for a baby or pregnancy photo shoot?

"If we choose to do a beautiful photo shoot, whether it's just for personal [use] or we choose to have it in a great magazine, I won't be doing like a tabloid to sell photos or a pregnancy shot of me, that's just not what I want to do," Kim explained.

Kim has even stopped following herself (for the most part) in the press and tabloids following her split with Kris Humphries, who she was married to for just 72 days.

"I really try not to focus on things like that, because there's always so many stories that are out there," she told Access. "I used to read them maybe like two years ago... That whole experience has taught me to just kind of pull away from all of the chatter."
