Khloé Kardashian Says Kim Is ‘Not Doing That Well’ After Paris Robbery

Khloé Kardashian stopped by Ellen on Tuesday and briefly spoke about how her sister Kim Kardashian is doing after being robbed at gunpoint in Paris in the early hours of Oct. 3. Kim Kardashian, who was in town for Paris Fashion Week, was woken up when gunmen gained access to her luxury apartment. The men held a gun to her head, tied her wrists and ankles, and reportedly robbed her of millions of dollars in jewelry.

“She’s not doing that well. I mean it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together,” Khloé Kardashian said of her sister.

She also said that it’s a very serious and personal matter as to when Kim Kardashian will be able to move on from the emotional terror.

In the police report, Kim Kardashian told police that the men did not speak English, but repeatedly said “ring,” presumably referring to a large diamond ring her husband, rapper Kanye West, had recently gotten her. A few days before the robbery, Kim Kardashian had posted a picture of the ring on Twitter. The Paris police believe that social media posts, such as the one in which the ring was shown, may have made Kardashian a target. TV host Ellen DeGeneres asked how this would affect the Kardashian family’s massive social media presence and if the family would share less with the general public.

Khloé Kardashian said, “I think it is important to make those adjustments and to pull back a little bit is always smart.”
