Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's Divorce Has Been Finalized
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's divorce has been finalized, ET can confirm.
A judge officially granted their divorce on Friday, and their marriage will officially be terminated on Dec. 17, according to documents obtained by ET. The pair signed off on their divorce paperwork in October.

According to the documents, the 32-year-old reality star's maiden name will be restored to Khloe Kardashian, from Khloe Kardashian Odom. Neither party will receive spousal support, plus they've waived rights to file for it in the future.
In addition, they will each pay their own attorney's fees will get all of their own airline miles and credit card points accumulated on any credit cards in their names or any entity in which either own. They do both get a 50 percent interest in Khlomar, LLC, but once business is settled with that company, it will be dissolved. Kardashian also gets their home in Calabasas, California.
This new agreement supersedes their prenuptial agreement they entered into on Oct. 20, 2009, one month after their marriage.
This was the second round of papers for them, as Kardashian first filed for divorce on Dec. 13, 2013, months after she and Odom initially separated. They signed off on that paperwork in July 2015, but the documents had not received final approval from a judge when Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel that October. He was subsequently hospitalized for several weeks, and in order to make medical decisions on Odom's behalf, Kardashian withdrew her divorce petition.
At the time, she was adamant that the two had not reconciled, and this past May, Kardashian re-filed her divorce paperwork. The new paperwork, in fact, noted that the two did not resume their marital relationship since the December 2013 date of separation.
As Odom recuperated, the two remained close, however Kardashian continued her relationship with Houston Rockets star James Harden, which she had struck up before Odom's hospitalization. Harden and Kardashian split up several months later.
Currently, the jeans maven is in a relationship with Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson. The two began dating in July.
