Let’s hope Ben Affleck said it was OK.

As the sleuths over at the DC Extended Universe Twitter account pointed out, Snyder was specifically working on a storyboard scene featuring Deathstroke, to be played by Joe Manganiello.

Snyder has been sharing shots from the upcoming film, including the first look at J.K. Simmons in character as Commissioner Gordon, which he debuted Sept. 17 in honor of Batman Day.

Justice League is set for a Nov. 17, 2017, release date.
