Jimmy Fallon and Ethan Hawke Sing Hilarious ‘FML’ Country Songs

On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the host and Ethan Hawke grabbed their six strings and countrified some “FML” posts from the website fmylife.com, which allows visitors to air their misfortunes.

Hawke and Fallon wore cowboy hats in front of scenic projections while singing the posts in the vein of country western music.

Some of posts contained slapstick, “Today I was washing my hands in the bathroom, looked up and saw a spider on my cheek. Slapped myself in the face as hard as I could to kill it. It turns out the spider was on the mirror. FML.” Others evoked the challenges parents face: “Today, I told my 3-year-old daughter to behave or I’d spank her. She looked right at me she said ‘Bring it.’ FML.”

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
