James Corden’s Parents Visit WWE and It’s the Best Thing Ever

On Tuesday, The Late Late Show With James Corden sent the host’s parents as two special correspondents to the WWE Monday Night Raw in London. Despite never having seen professional wrestling, the two fit right in.

They met Big Show, and Corden’s mother, Margaret, gave a hug to the supersize wrestler. She said, “I could probably fit under your armpit.” He responded, “I love it when she gives me a hug, because she’s holding my butt the whole time.”

Corden’s father, Malcolm, was able to showcase the family’s musical abilities as he beatboxed for the rapping wrestler the Golden Truth. And Sheamus seemed to take a liking to Margaret and tried to whisk her away from her husband.

The Cordens had the most fun with the ultra-positive tag team group the New Day. They gave the Cordens their signature illuminated unicorn horns, escorted them to the wrestling ring, and showed them some of their famous dance moves.

The Late Late Show airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
