James Corden to Lend His Brilliance to 20th Anniversary Hollywood Film Awards

James Corden will host the 2016 Hollywood Film Awards, Dick Clark Productions announced Wednesday.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, on Nov. 6, 2016.

“Entertaining a room full of the world’s biggest stars is no easy feat, but James Corden commanded the room at last year’s Hollywood Film Awards with incredible grace and wit,” said Allen Shapiro, CEO of dick clark productions, in a statement. “We are thrilled to have him return for a second consecutive year as host of the Hollywood Film Awards.”

The Hollywood Film Awards honors some of the most acclaimed films and actors, as well as artists in cinematography, visual effects, film composing, costume Design, editing, production design, sound and makeup & hairstyling.

Corden has been hosting CBS’ “The Late Late Show” since 2015 and is also a prolific actor, having appeared in films including “Into the Woods,” “Begin Again” and “The Lady in the Van.” He is represented by CAA.
