James Corden Choreographs Routine for 'Dancing With the Stars'

On The Late Late Show With James Corden we got a behind-the-scenes look at Corden choreographing a performance for Dancing With the Stars. The late-night host thought he was going to be choreographing a full performance, but when he arrived, he found out that he was just choreographing a small “bumper” that would lead into a commercial break.

Corden was rather disappointed about being relegated to such a menial task. In an attempt to placate the host, executive producer Rob Wade told him, “We thought it’d be quick and fun.” Corden replied, “I am a lot of things, but I am not quick or fun.”

Despite being disappointed by the reality of his situation, Corden choreographed a performance for three background dancers. It turned out pretty good, and Corden felt like he accomplished something special.

The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
