Hillary Clinton’s Hilarious Guest Spot on Comedy Central’s ‘Broad City’
Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton guest-starred on Wednesday’s episode of the Comedy Central show Broad City. In the episode, Ilana Glazer’s character stumbles into becoming a volunteer for Clinton’s presidential campaign, and Ilana and Abbi Jacobson get to meet the politician face-to-face when Clinton makes an appearance in the campaign office.
Of course, upon meeting Clinton, both Ilana and Abbi hilariously freak out, not knowing how to address the former secretary of state and losing all ability to form complete, coherent sentences. Ilana is eventually able to gather herself, and vows to tweet in support of Clinton’s presidential campaign once a week in lieu of volunteering.
And because every good candidate should always leave you with something to think about, Clinton schools Ilana and Abbi on the gender of the wacky arm-flailing inflatable tube person that she brought to help increase office morale.
