On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Fallon couldn't help but poke a little fun at ol' President Donald Trump after he gave a commencement speech at Liberty University on Saturday. Fallon said, "I guess there was one awkward moment during the speech when Trump said that there are more job openings than ever. And the students said, 'Yeah, 'cause you keep firing everyone.'"
During his speech Trump said, "There may very well be a president or two in our midst. Anybody think they're going to be president, raise your hand." Jimmy joked, "Now, raise your hand if you can start tomorrow. Great it's all yours. Please, thank you very much."
But, all jokes aside, Jimmy went on to point out the uncanny similarity between Trump's speech and Elle Wood's speech from Legally Blonde. Fallon played a clip they had prepared in which Elle Woods and Trump took turns basically saying the same thing to their graduating class. The major difference was at the end when Elle said, "We did it," Trump said, "I did it."
And though the speeches are similar there's one big difference between these two characters. Elle woke up one day and decided to go to law school but Trump woke up one day and decided he wanted to be president.
