Harry Styles and James Corden Can’t Stop Singing at Inappropriate Times

Harry Styles week continues on The Late Late Show With James Corden. James Corden and the One Direction singer demonstrated how their love of singing can sometimes be inappropriate. In a series of sketches the Brits attempted to be serious, but it always ended in song.

While performing surgery, Styles started singing Tom Jones’s “It’s Not Unusual.” Despite his best effort, Corden joined Styles, and while they belted out the song, their patient ended up dying.

The next sketch had Styles and Corden acting as pallbearers at a funeral. And since funeral music can be such a downer, they decided to pep things up by performing Lou Bega’s “Mambo No. 5.”

For the final sketch, the two really wanted to be serious because they were tasked with defusing a bomb. Again, despite their best efforts the two couldn’t keep from singing the awesome Wham! hit “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go.”

Clearly Styles and Corden have a singing addiction. Fortunately it is an addiction that brings millions of people joy.

The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
